About The Position

Under the supervision of the Poker Floor Supervisor/Shift Manager, the incumbent is responsible for the operation and conduct of the assigned games in accordance with Mashantucket Pequot Gaming Procedure, and attendant regulations, Mashantucket Pequot Gaming Enterprise's internal controls and the rules and procedures of poker.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED or an equivalent combination of experience and/or education.
• An Audition may be required to verify proficiency.
• Must have a minimum of one (1) year poker dealing experience prior to the opening date of the job posting.
• Must possess organizational and interpersonal relations skills as well as a team-oriented attitude.
• Must be able to quickly and accurately calculate mathematical computations.
• If selected for this position, team member must be willing and available to change shift, days off and/or start time immediately upon effective date of employment/promotion.
• The team member frequently is required to stand and must be capable of extensive walking.
• Environment is that of a casino floor dealing with the general public in a fast-paced atmosphere with a moderate amount of noise and smoke.
