About The Position

Responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations and maintenance of site facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient, and compliant environment. Assists in overseeing maintenance staff, coordinating repairs, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and facility guidelines. Assists with emergency response 24/7 including nights and weekends.

Requirements

Associate's degree Facilities preferred
Experience in facilities management or maintenance 2-3 years required
Experience in a healthcare setting 1-2 years preferred
Proficient knowledge of facility management principles, including maintenance and operations of building systems.
Excellent organizational and project management skills to oversee multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with staff and contractors.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to hospital operations.
Proficiency in budget management and financial reporting related to facilities operations.
Problem-solving skills to address facility issues promptly and effectively.
