As the state's Dementia Care Experts, our purpose-built, intimate CBRF households are intentionally designed as warm, home-like sanctuaries for individuals living with early to late-stage dementia and Alzheimer's. Every detail - from the layout to our signature MOSAIC training and Alzheimer's Association guidelines - is crafted to spark joy, dignity, connection, and meaningful moments every single day. We're searching for a dynamic Assistant Executive Director to lead and inspire our team. You'll partner with our Executive Director to oversee daily life, develop an outstanding caregiving team, deliver exceptional person-centered care, and create lasting relationships with residents and families in our vibrant Mukwonago community.

Requirements

  • Healthcare experience in senior living, memory care, assisted living, or long-term care
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of team development and operational success
  • Genuine excitement about building culture and someone who truly values teamwork, collaboration, and lifting others up
  • A compassionate heart
  • Strong communication skills
  • A passion for making every day better for residents and staff
  • Flexibility with scheduling- full time day shift, may include night and weekend fill ins
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
  • Computer skills including time and attendance, Microsoft Word, email

  • Bachelor/associate degree preferred
