The Assistant Executive Director will assist the Executive Director in the supervision and management of all community operations, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures, including State and Federal guidelines and DSL guidelines. This role involves working with the Executive Director to oversee and direct the work activity of all team members, with the goal of achieving and maintaining high levels of resident, family, and team member satisfaction, operational efficiency, and quality of care and services.
