About The Position

Provide administrative support to various. In this role you will perform a wide range of clerical and administrative duties designed to help the organization run smoothly, including routine and advanced tasks based on business/department needs. Requirements

• Ability to handle work of a confidential nature
• Ability to meet deadlines – sometimes with short notice
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills

• Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment

• Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the support services team, employees, and management as directed
• Coordinate and arrange meetings including agenda preparation, meeting invitations, reserving and preparing facilities, and arranging offsite meetings and events as requested
• Arrange and coordinate travel schedules and reservations as requested
• Process expense reports in the Concur system as requested
• Manage shared calendars and appointments
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Assist and/or arrange conference calls and Teams meetings
• Strong professional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Copy, prepare and distribute printed materials
• Support team with planning and scheduling of activities
• Assist with ordering caterings
• Provide back up support to other administrative assistants when needed
• Other duties and projects as assigned
• Remember that you are part of a larger administrative team and must be willing and able to provide support as required.
