About The Position

Skanska is seeking a dynamic Assistant EHS Manager to join their team. This role is project-based and responsible for integrating environmental health and safety services into business practices and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements on assigned projects. The Assistant EHS Manager will oversee project-specific EHS responsibilities and interact with EH&S Staff, Superintendents, Project Managers, Project Executives, and Area/Regional EHS Directors. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in construction management, safety management, engineering, or equivalent or relevant safety experience.
Strong written communication skills.
Proficiency with computer software including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
3+ years of experience in a role assigned to the identification of safety hazards and recommending appropriate controls.
3+ years of experience in a safety role that required communication with employees at all levels in a construction environment.
