About The Position

The Assistant Drive Up and Go Supervisor supports daily Home Shopping fulfillment operations, helping ensure orders are completed accurately and on time and that customers receive a seamless pickup or delivery experience. The role contributes to digital sales growth and store success in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, while supporting associates and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coordinating fulfillment from picking and staging through dispensing and, where applicable, delivery coordination; using Home Shopping technology and fulfillment systems; monitoring operational and customer-service metrics; and aligning schedules with order volume and peak demand. The supervisor also works with department leaders on inventory availability, develops associates, and ensures compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Home Shopping Department operations to support timely, accurate, customer-focused order fulfillment.
• Deliver a strong pickup and delivery experience and professionally resolve customer concerns, substitutions, and refunds.
• Coordinate fulfillment processes, including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination where applicable.
• Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology, handheld devices, and fulfillment systems.
• Monitor order accuracy, pick rates, on-time completion, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Create and manage schedules aligned with order volume, peak demand, and productivity expectations.
• Partner with department leaders to address inventory availability and out-of-stocks affecting orders.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop Home Shopping associates while fostering a positive, accountable team culture.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and company operational standards.
