The Assistant District Sales Manager's primary responsibility is to lead by example by achieving above-average sales performance. They will also guide other sales representatives in adhering to the selling system and achieving similar results. Additionally, they will shadow representatives to ensure compliance with the selling system and provide prescriptive training to enhance performance. This role involves being in the field 90% of the time and in the office 10% of the time. Key activities include running leads to boost office performance, taking representatives along to demonstrate effective sales techniques, shadowing representatives for compliance and sales improvement, assisting with recruiting and maintaining staff levels, supporting sales reps with phone calls, aiding in the preparation and presentation of meeting content, and contributing to coaching and training efforts. Other tasks may be assigned as needed.
