About The Position
Ziggy’s Pizza & Sandwich Shop is looking for an experienced, dependable Assistant Manager to join our team! We’re looking for someone who is confident taking the lead, making day-to-day decisions, and keeping the store running smoothly while providing great customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to step into a leadership role and become an important part of the Ziggy’s management team.

Responsibilities
- Overseeing employees and operations during scheduled shifts
- Leading, directing & holding team members accountable
- Handling customer service issues professionally
- Cash handling & daily store responsibilities
- Making day-to-day operational decisions independently
- Assisting the Store Manager with inventory & store needs
- Maintaining communication with the Store Manager, Owner & Upper Management
- Helping ensure Ziggy’s standards for service, cleanliness, food quality & productivity are met
- Being willing to jump in and work alongside the team wherever needed
