About The Position

The Assistant Director of Specialty Masters Programs will have primary responsibility for program management, operations and student services for the Questrom MS in Business Analytics program and a shared role in supporting the other Questrom Specialty Masters degree programs. The Assistant Director will report to the Business Analytics Master's Program Director, and work closely with the Master's and PhD program staff. The Assistant Director will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the student experience for a growing enrollment of MS in Business Analytics degree students, which currently comprises two overlapping cohorts of 100+ students each. Responsibilities include program management, operations, academic student support and managing student events such as orientation and community building events. In addition, the Assistant Director will be assigned other projects as they relate to all graduate students and share in general administrative responsibilities as a member of the Master's & PhD Center team.
