We are currently seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team as a full-time Assistant Director of Supported Living. The Assistant Director of Supported Living (ADSL) is a high-level, administrative position requiring the exercise of discretion and independent judgment. The ADSL, in conjunction with the Director of Supported Living (DSL), is responsible for management of the Supported Living Program. The ADSL oversees the provision of individually planned services for individuals served at different locations throughout the community. The ADSL ensures services are provided in accordance with individualized plans in a safe and secure environment and in accordance with applicable rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and the health, safety, and welfare of persons served. The ADSL monitors Supported Living for compliance and quality assurance on a regular basis and reports information to the Director of Supported Living.
Requirements
- Degree from a four-year accredited college or university
- One year of experience or training with persons with disabilities and supervisory experience required
- One year of supervisory experience
Responsibilities
- Management of the Supported Living Program
- Oversees the provision of individually planned services for individuals served at different locations throughout the community
- Ensures services are provided in accordance with individualized plans in a safe and secure environment and in accordance with applicable rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and the health, safety, and welfare of persons served
- Monitors Supported Living for compliance and quality assurance on a regular basis
- Reports information to the Director of Supported Living
