About The Position
The Assistant Director of Student Success reports to the Director of Student Success. This position manages the day-to-day operations of student success initiatives, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation for retention activities like the Engineering Study Center. This position will also develop targeted retention activities for specific Engineering student populations like transfer students. This position will focus on strengthening ongoing partnerships with departments to enhance student success activities focused on the Engineering Study Center and student retention.
