About the Role As our Assistant Director of Sales, you will support the execution of the hotel's sales strategy while driving revenue growth and building strong relationships within the local market. This role will have a strong focus on Business Transient (BT) sales, developing and maintaining key corporate accounts, generating new business opportunities, and maximizing room revenue. This role is ideal for a results-oriented sales leader who is passionate about hospitality, relationship building, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your Impact – Leadership You will contribute to the success of the Sales & Marketing team by driving top-line revenue, expanding market share, and strengthening relationships with key clients. Through collaboration, innovation, and a customer-focused approach, you will help position M Social Sunnyvale as a preferred destination within Silicon Valley.
