About The Position

We are seeking a results-driven Assistant Director of Sales to support hotel sales operations. Working alongside the Director of Sales, you will assist in leading the sales team, identifying growth opportunities, and executing strategies to meet revenue goals. Compensation: $55,000 $65,000

Requirements

• 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Flexibility to travel and work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data, market trends, and reports to forecast revenue and identify opportunities.
