About The Position

This role is for a creative individual, likened to Steven Spielberg, to lead sales content creation at 30 Minutes to President’s Club, the #1 media company in sales. The position involves conceptualizing and producing content for their top-rated podcast, newsletter, book, and other platforms, focusing on transforming the stories of top sellers into tactical, engaging breakdowns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for structuring and storyboarding concepts, curating contributors for written content, and bringing various content initiatives to life, making sales education fun and accessible.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Ability to break down sales into a science, including teardowns of cold calls or discovery calls with talk tracks.
  • Ridiculously creative with an eye for content.
  • Ability to think about and develop content formats for platforms like YouTube, with a focus on unique spins on negotiation videos.
  • Phenomenal writing skills, with the ability to turn concepts and interviews into punchy, tactical blog posts, LinkedIn posts, and books that are fun to read.

  • Experience in a marketing role within sales tech.

Responsibilities

  • Structuring and storyboarding concepts for podcasts, YouTube, and other video content, including live cold calling, course launches, and podcast segments.
  • Curating top sellers and leaders to contribute written content for the sales newsletter and blog.
  • Transforming stories of top 1% sellers into tactical, step-by-step breakdowns.
  • Developing and launching new content initiatives, such as courses and sponsored content.
  • Planning and executing content for a YouTube series.
  • Making content fun and engaging for an audience of 2000+ sellers.
  • Launching an international bestselling book with a goal of selling 100,000 copies in 12 months.
