Requirements

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), active and in good standing with the Texas Board of Nursing
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
1–2 years of full-time clinical experience in an Assisted Living setting

Nice To Haves

Prior management or supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

Support daily operations of the nursing department to ensure quality resident care
Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations
Assist with staffing needs, including hiring, scheduling, supervision, and performance management
Train, coach, and develop team members to promote growth and high performance
Foster a culture of customer service, safety, and teamwork
Coordinate nursing services with other departments to ensure continuity of care
Participate in quality assurance and infection control programs
Monitor documentation, medication administration, and treatment plans for accuracy and compliance
Assist in developing and updating individualized care plans
Respond to resident and family concerns, ensuring timely resolution
Participate in surveys, inspections, and interdisciplinary meetings
Provide direct resident care as needed
