About The Position

We are currently in search of an Assistant Director of Pool & Beach. We’re looking for someone who’s energetic, extremely hands-on, can multitask and a genius at anticipating obstacles to elevate the overall Outdoor Food & Beverage Outlets at our hotel. Most important, someone who believes in cultivating an environment where leadership and team development go hand-in-hand and ensuring that all of our guests have a memorable, delicious and joyful experience, every time they visit.

Requirements

• Passionate about food & beverage.
• A minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role.
• Advanced knowledge of food & beverage operations.
• A strong leader.
• Proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
• Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
• Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

Nice To Haves

• A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
