The Assistant Director of Online Marketing, reporting to the Executive Director of Marketing & Communications in Academic Affairs, supports UNLV’s fully online undergraduate and graduate degree and microcredential programs by leading the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive recruitment, admission, enrollment, and retention. This role oversees UNLV Online multichannel campaigns spanning email journeys, paid digital advertising (including search and social), website development and maintenance, print collateral, and direct mail. The Assistant Director ensures UNLV Online marketing initiatives adhere to university branding and accessibility standards and effectively support enrollment growth in online degree programs. The Assistant Director collaborates closely with its Marketing & Communications team, UNLV Online, Academic Affairs departments, and university partners to support integrated marketing and communication initiatives for online degree and microcredential programs. This role supports content and creative development and communication journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud while using data to inform and improve campaign performance. While this role does not currently include direct supervisory responsibilities, it requires cross-departmental coordination and hands-on execution of high-impact marketing strategies to support a diverse and growing population of online learners. This role requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented marketing professional who collaborates effectively and brings expertise in both digital and traditional channels.
