About The Position
Compass Intervention Center is a 108-bed, free-standing facility that treats children and teens, ages 10 to 17, struggling with a psychiatric, substance abuse, or dual diagnosis disorder. Our treatment programs focus on youth and families struggling with emotional, behavioral, and chemical dependency issues. We provide specialized, individual treatment to help every patient achieve a positive outcome. Compass Intervention Center offers comprehensive benefits for the ADON-Registered Nurse (RN) position.
Requirements
- Minimum of an Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing; BSN or MSN preferred.
- A minimum of five (3) years experience in nursing management role and/or dedicated leadership experience in psychiatric nursing.
- TN RN license (or compact RN license).
