About The Position
WesleyLife is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), RN, to join their team at The Village. This role involves collaborating with the Director of Nursing (DON) for overall nursing leadership within a 54-bed Health Center. The ADON will evaluate the quality of resident care, monitor compliance with current laws, implement process improvements, and assist in implementing best practices. Responsibilities also include orienting, training, and supervising team members, assisting in resident evaluations, and serving as a liaison for team member shift transitions. The position also requires participation in surveys and inspections by government agencies.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Experience in nursing leadership
- Knowledge of current laws and best practices in healthcare
- Ability to train and supervise team members
- Skills in resident evaluation and communication
- Ability to participate in government agency surveys and inspections
- Must complete a pre-hire health assessment and 4 panel drug screen.
