About The Position
A skilled nursing facility is seeking a Registered Nurse to serve as Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). This hands-on leadership role supports the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily nursing operations, staff performance, and quality resident care. This is a full-time leadership opportunity for an RN ready to contribute to nursing operations and resident care.
Requirements
- Active RN license.
- Prior nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Support nursing staff supervision, scheduling, and daily operations.
- Monitor clinical practices, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Assist with quality improvement and resident care initiatives.
- Coach staff and help maintain nursing department standards.
