About The Position
Ignite Medical Resort South Charlotte is hiring an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing for a skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care (LTC) setting. The role is described as vital to resident and guest outcomes and their overall experience. The successful candidate will be a skilled and organized Registered Nurse joining the facility’s compassionate, hospitable caregiving team.
Requirements
- Must have an active RN license.
- Licensure must allow the candidate to work in North Carolina.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as an ADON or in nurse leadership/management.
- Must be willing to undergo background screening.
- Must be willing to participate in a weekend on-call rotation.
