Requirements
- Tennessee RN License: Required and in good standing.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Compassionate and committed to patient care excellence.
- Excellent time management skills.

- Some understanding of Long-Term Care regulations.
- Works well with a team.
- Able to educate to all types of backgrounds.

Nice To Haves
- Previous leadership experience in LTC/SNF preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring patient care to ensure treatments and medications are administered as ordered.
- Conducting daily rounds to maintain up-to-date knowledge of patient status.
- Supporting the Director of Nursing in managing nursing services in a team-oriented setting.
- Providing leadership to nursing staff through training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
- Ensuring compliance with nursing standards and long-term care regulations.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to promote high-quality care.
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to achieve patient care goals.
- Maintaining adequate supplies and equipment to support nursing operations.
