About The Position
Ignite Medical Resort Albemarle is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing in an SNF/LTC setting. The ideal candidate must be a Registered Nurse (RN) and will play a vital role in resident and guest outcomes and overall experience. This is a position within a state-of-the-art rehabilitation resort that combines luxury, amenities, and high-quality care for rapid rehabilitation. We are looking for a highly skilled and organized RN to join our compassionate and hospitable care-giving team. Requirements
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Must have a minimum of 2 years as ADON or nurse leadership/management experience.
- Must be willing to undergo background screening.
- Licensure must allow to work in the state of North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Play a vital role in resident and guest outcomes and overall experience.
- Participate in weekend on-call rotation.
