About The Position
The Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) assists with planning, coordinating, and managing the nursing department. The role supports the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care and services provided to residents, maintains quality care consistent with company and regulatory standards, and assumes responsibility for daily operations when the Director of Nursing is absent.
Requirements
- Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing in the state of practice.
- One to three years of management or supervisory experience in long-term care or acute care.
- Must hold and maintain current CPR certification.
