Requirements
- Current RN or LPN license.
- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, with 1 years in a leadership/supervisory role within a SNF or post-acute setting.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and clinical best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist the DON in managing daily nursing operations and staff.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and best practices.
