Requirements
- RN with a current license by State Board of Nursing
- At least three years of nursing experience
- At least one year of supervisory experience
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Ability to coordinate with other departments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- LTC/SNF experience is strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist in interviewing applicants
- Assist with scheduling
- Participate in orientation and in-service education training
- Participate in performance reviews
- Enforce personnel policies
- Ensure compliance with regulations for documentation from physicians and nursing personnel
- Assist with care planning
- Assist with Continuous Quality Improvement
- Ensure proper infection control techniques are utilized
