About The Position

NHC Dickson is seeking a skilled and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join their dedicated team. Requirements

Tennessee RN License: Required and in good standing.
Strong organizational and communication abilities.
Compassionate and committed to patient care excellence.
Understanding of Long-Term Care regulations.

Nice To Haves

Previous leadership experience in LTC/SNF preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Monitoring patient care to ensure treatments and medications are administered as ordered.
Conducting daily rounds to maintain up-to-date knowledge of patient status.
Supporting the Director of Nursing in managing nursing services in a team-oriented setting.
Providing leadership to nursing staff through training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
Ensuring compliance with nursing standards and long-term care regulations.
Developing and implementing policies and procedures to promote high-quality care.
Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to achieve patient care goals.
Maintaining adequate supplies and equipment to support nursing operations.
