About The Position

Harris Hill Nursing Facility is seeking a compassionate and experienced ADON of Long-Term Care to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure the highest standards of care for our Long-Term Care residents while leading and mentoring our dedicated nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supervision of long-term units.
• Manage tasks assigned by the Director of Nursing
• Assist in planning, organizing, and directing nursing services to ensure exceptional resident care.
• Provide leadership, supervision, and training for nursing staff to foster professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures.
• Oversee clinical operations, including care plans, quality assurance, and infection control programs.
• Conduct performance evaluations, staff development programs, and team-building initiatives.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance care delivery and resident outcomes.
• Address resident and family concerns promptly with empathy and professionalism.
