About The Position

Platte Health Center Avera is seeking a qualified individual to join our team! The Director of LTC is accountable for effectively fulfilling the goals and objectives of the department while managing the department's resources effectively and efficiently. Specific responsibilities include all aspects of directing, development, planning, scheduling, and dealing with employee issues. The Director of LTC also must plan for staffing and fiscal budgeting for the department, as well as, being responsible for developing written job descriptions, hiring, training, and evaluating personnel performance.
