Erin Mills Lodge has an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Assistant Director of Nursing Care - BSO & PERT Lead to join their team. This role is located at 2132 Dundas Street West, Mississauga, ON. L9T L5K. The expected hiring range for this position is $67,980 to $76,450. This role falls within a broader internal salary band, with growth opportunities based on demonstrated performance. Requirements

Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurses (RPN) with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
Maintain current Heart Save Level of CPR
Experience working with BSO concepts and protocols
Display a caring and respectful attitude toward our residents, families, and team members
Understand the physical, mental, and emotional demands of the Assistant Director of Nursing Care role

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, legislation and regulations applicable to the long-term care sector, including the Long-Term Care Homes Act, 2007 and Health & Safety
Three (3) years of experience leading and directing department(s) in a healthcare setting
Education and Experience in BSO practices
Experience working in a Long-Term Care setting

Responsibilities

Support training, collaboration and development of the PERT Team
Act as a Specialist Leader pertaining to all aspects of the Personal Expressions Resource Team
