About The Position

Park Manor of Southbelt is seeking an Assistant Director of Nurses (ADON) and Director of Nursing (DON) in training for its skilled nursing facility. The position supervises day-to-day nursing activities and ensures that the highest degree of quality care is maintained. The employer seeks a strong clinician with skilled nursing experience, educator skills, a friendly customer-focused mindset, and the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of ADON experience.
• A current, active, unencumbered license to practice as a registered nurse in the state.
• Knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of residents served.
• Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies and personnel, and the general public.
• Strong clinical skills in the skilled nursing field.
• At least 3 years of proficient experience with PCC.
• Excellent educator skills.
• Friendly, customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask.
• Strong time-management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities
