Reporting to and partnering closely with the Director of Food & Beverage, this individual serves as a driving force behind service excellence, operational discipline, and team development across all F&B outlets. This is a highly visible, floor-engaged leadership role for someone who blends polished hospitality instincts with sharp operational and financial acumen. The Assistant Director will be a present and approachable leader to both members and staff, setting the tone for service, mentoring the team, and continually developing programs that enhance the dining experience and grow dining traffic and revenue. The ideal candidate brings the confidence to lead in the Director's absence, the discipline to manage the details, and the warmth to make every member feel at home.
