Assistant Director of Dining Services
About The Position
Riddle Village, a Premier Continuing Care Retirement Community, located in Delaware County, Media, PA, is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Dining Services. This position will work closely with the Director of Dining and the Executive Chef to support all areas of resident living, but will primarily focus on our operations in Personal Care and Skilled Nursing. We are looking for a motivated, passionate, energetic individual that likes to support their team in providing the best possible care and dining experience for our residents. This individual should be capable of guiding, training, and mentoring staff while implementing new and exciting dining programs for our residents. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in dietary operations, with an emphasis on customer service and overall hospitality.
Requirements
- Strong experience in dietary operations.

- Valid CDM
- At least 5 years' experience in a management position
Responsibilities
