About The Position

The Assistant Director of Assisted Living assists the Director of Assisted Living in overseeing and managing the daily operations of the assisted living and memory care Inns. The role implements Facility and Department of Nursing goals and policies at the management level, helps develop a cohesive unit and continuity of care for guests, and maintains organization and supervision while ensuring an optimum level of care. The unit is supervised on a 24-hour basis to promote continuity of care across shifts. This is a salary-exempt position, and the attendance policy applies; deviations must be approved in advance by the Director of Assisted Living.
