Assistant Director of Assisted Living
About The Position
The Assistant Director of Assisted Living will assist the Director of Assisted Living to oversee and manage the daily operations of the assisted living and memory care Inns. This role involves implementing the goals and policies of the Facility and Department of Nursing at a management level. The objective is to develop a cohesive unit and ensure continuity of care for guests, while maintaining organization and supervision of the unit to deliver an optimum level of care. This includes supervising the unit on a twenty-four (24) hour basis, ensuring each shift promotes continuity of care. This is a salary exempt position, and the attendance policy applies. Any deviation must be approved in advance by the Director of Assisted Living.
