About The Position

Join WesleyLife and Help Revolutionize the Aging Experience! As a Director of Assisted Living, you will oversee Assisted Living services, programs, and activities to meet residents' clinical and psycho-social needs. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and corporate regulations in collaboration with other departments. You will develop a social model of care promoting resident choice and family involvement, and maintain and update day-to-day operational procedures for Assisted Living. This role involves hiring, evaluating, and supervising Resident Associates and CNAs, managing 24-hour staffing and scheduling, and encouraging family engagement and orienting new residents to the community.

Requirements

• Must demonstrate leadership skills and approach new ways of thinking - provide leadership in clinical and psycho-social programming for residents
• 1-2 years of previous nursing experience, active RN or LPN license
• Knowledge and understanding of all applicable state and federal regulations, quality assurance, compliance, clinical and social modeling.
• Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures
• Ability to coach, manage, and lead a team to provide high-level services.
