Reporting to the Senior Director of Learning and Development, the Assistant Director will provide direction and oversight of employee learning and development programs and initiatives strategically designed to create a high-performing work and learning culture. In collaboration with College stakeholders, this position will create and execute a comprehensive organizational learning and development plan that aligns with the strategic priorities. This role will be instrumental in facilitating an employee-oriented, high performing workplace culture.
