The Assistant Director is responsible for overseeing the assessment practices, outcomes, and action plans across the University’s five mission departments: the Institute for Vincentian Impact, Campus Ministry, the Vincentian Center for Church and Society, the Office of Mission Initiatives, and the Office of Equity and Inclusion. In alignment with the University’s strategic plan, assessment framework, and data-informed practices, the Assistant Director will support efforts to centralize data collection, operationalize assessment processes, and conduct meaningful analysis to inform program improvement and strategic decision-making. As a collaborative administrator, the Assistant Director assists other departments of the University. This position serves as the Mission sector representative on the University Assessment Committee and contributes to both institutional and Vincentian accreditation efforts. The Assistant Director is also responsible for leading outcomes assessment and establishing both long- and short-term goals for mission-aligned programs, departments, and initiatives.
