Ball State University seeks a collaborative and innovative professional to serve as the Assistant Director for Health Promotion within the Office of the Dean of Students. Reporting to the Associate Dean of Students, this position leads the development, implementation, and assessment of evidence-informed prevention and education initiatives focused on sexual misconduct, interpersonal violence, hazing, alcohol and other drugs (AOD), and other student safety and wellbeing priorities. The Assistant Director works closely with students and campus partners to deliver engaging educational programs, training, outreach, and awareness campaigns that promote student success, foster a safe and inclusive campus environment, and support institutional prevention and compliance goals. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and student-centered professional to help shape prevention efforts and contribute to a comprehensive approach to student wellbeing.
