About The Position

NYU's Stern School of Business has an exciting opportunity available for an Assistant Director, Experiential Learning. The Assistant Director will collaborate with leaders to develop, implement, and evaluate Experiential Learning initiatives across Stern with a particular focus on the operational delivery of experiential courses, events, and travel programs. The selected candidate will develop and track key metrics across all experiential courses, implement content for experiential learning programs ensuring effective communication and delivery, and partner with others to implement a series of initiatives relating to Stern’s goal of having deep connections with industry worldwide that yield a transformational educational experience for our students.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant experience in an educational service business or a related industry that requires managing multiple tasks/projects, working with internal and external parties, and satisfying multiple high level constituencies or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to develop and launch new educational initiatives.
Ability to work effectively with faculty, students, administrators, and corporate and community leaders.
