This role serves as a strategic advisor to SME leaders and stakeholders, focusing on performance, and learning and development design and needs. The position drives annual business planning for the advisor development experience, including the development and measurement of OKRs and KPIs. It involves developing, monitoring, and adjusting multi-year delivery and innovative roadmaps, establishing measurement strategies aligned with enterprise priorities and business objectives, and gathering data and insights to inform approaches and demonstrate value. The role also establishes and monitors standards, frameworks, and methodologies to ensure curriculum programs maintain high quality, consistency, and alignment with the NMU vision. Additionally, it integrates and embeds AI-driven solutions in curriculum delivery and management, evaluates vendor relationships for buy/build/rent strategies, and contributes curriculum architecture to governance processes. The Assistant Director monitors emerging innovations in curriculum design, learning experiences, and delivery models, applies adult and modern learner theory, and leads principles for curriculum co-creation and performance consulting. The role involves leading, coaching, and developing a team of learning, curriculum, and performance consulting professionals, assessing team capabilities, and fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, accountability, and psychological safety.
