About The Position

The Assistant Director of Athletic Events & Facilities supports the overall planning, coordination, and execution of athletic events and daily facility operations for the University of Memphis Athletics Department. Reporting directly to the Director of Athletic Events & Facilities, this position plays a key role in ensuring that all venues are maintained and operated efficiently, events are executed at the highest standard, and departmental policies align with University, Conference, and NCAA guidelines. This position serves as a primary game administrator for assigned sports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in athletic event management and facility operations.
• Knowledge of University, Conference, and NCAA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Supports the overall planning, coordination, and execution of athletic events.
• Manages daily facility operations for the University of Memphis Athletics Department.
• Ensures all venues are maintained and operated efficiently.
