As our Design Coordinator Assistant, you'll play a key role in helping bring our homeowners' design dreams to life by supporting our Design Coordinators throughout the home selection process. Your work behind the scenes ensures every client experience is seamless, organized, and exceptional.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule client selection appointments
  • Prepare client folders, floor plans, and meeting materials
  • Enter client selections and maintain accurate documentation
  • Process change orders and update client records
  • Maintain CRM data and digital files with precision
  • Assist with lender documentation and follow up on outstanding items
  • Organize and maintain Design Center inventory and product samples
  • Update templates, spreadsheets, and internal documents
  • Help keep the Design Center beautiful, organized, and client-ready
  • Support the Design team with administrative and operational tasks
