This role involves ensuring quality customer service, proper product handling, managing department operations in partnership with the Deli Manager, overseeing inventories, coordinating sales and merchandising, monitoring competitor activity, managing labor costs, training and developing associates, and ensuring compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations regarding sanitation, food handling, safety, and labeling.
