The Assistant Deli Manager will coordinate sales and merchandising plans, monitor competitor activity, oversee department inventories, and manage schedules and labor costs. They will also be involved in training and developing associates, auditing department procedures, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations regarding sanitation, food handling, safety, and labeling.
