To learn more visit: www.legendary.com Summary The Assistant/Coordinator, Franchise Management will support the EVP, Franchise Management along with other team members in a growing department that oversees a number of business lines, including: interactive, brand partnerships, location based entertainment and consumer products. This position will be responsible for providing administrative support for the department, some brand and product development support and assisting with other miscellaneous projects, as needed. Franchise Management is embedded within Legendary’s vibrant, high volume Marketing department and we are looking for a highly organized self-starter to take on this role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience required
  • Having a passion and knowledge of film, tv and pop culture
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Presentation building skills a plus (Keynote, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent/professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of reliability and responsibility
  • Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality standards
  • High comfort level with collaboration, but also has the confidence to run with a project independently when needed

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, including booking/confirming meetings and arranging visitor passes
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Process expense reports and invoices
  • Assist in creating presentations, documents, and agendas as needed
  • Assist with research, creative ideation, asset management, and brand approvals as needed
  • Take on special projects as assigned
