About The Position
We are looking for someone to join our team as an Assistant cook! The position would be for the hours of 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM, 2 to 3 days per week, including every other weekend. People who work at Jenkins Living Center build long-lasting, rewarding relationships with residents, guests, and co-workers. The people we serve have incredible life stories. One of the best parts of your day is seeing the genuine smiles on the faces of the most amazing people you will ever meet. It takes compassion and a desire to serve others to be part of our dietary team.
Requirements
- 16 years of age
- Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
- Frequently walking, bending, climbing, and standing
- Complete all required training sessions
- All applicants must pass a background check.
- A tuberculosis test will be done upon hire.
