About The Position

Roving Assistant Cook | 5.75 Hours | 10 Month Calendar | South Meadows Middle School | 7:00AM - 1:15PM | Internal Applicants Only Internal Classified employees are not eligible to apply for open positions during their probationary period of employment. Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen.

Requirements

High school diploma or its equivalent
Proficient oral and written communication skills in English
Proficient in the use of computer and Internet based applications, including but not limited to email and systems applications
Hold a valid Food Handlers certification
Experience in the use and maintenance of industrial kitchen equipment
Knowledge of ingredients, supplies and methods used in cooking
Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety regulations for chemical use in the kitchen
