About The Position

Arbor Energy & Resources Corporation is developing modular, fuel-flexible power systems designed to deliver clean, reliable baseload electricity with zero operating emissions. The Assistant Controller will be the first team member reporting to the Controller and will own day-to-day accounting, including the close, general ledger, state and federal grant compliance, and oversight of the outsourced accounting partner. As Arbor transitions from research and development toward commercial manufacturing and project deployment, the Assistant Controller will help build the accounting function and processes needed for that growth. This includes implementing a new ERP, developing manufacturing cost accounting, and tracking multi-year equipment commitments. The position is an in-person opportunity at Arbor Energy’s headquarters in El Segundo, California, and is described as a path to Controller as the team grows.
